'Horizon Without End'
I feel a deep connection to the sea. It almost feels like the soul of our planet - constantly moving, always changing, never the same as it has been before or will be again.
I love the sea and all its moods. Its calm days with gentle, lapping waves and its crazy days, with waves that build up and thrash onto the sand, the rocks or even just each other!
I am always grounded by the sea, by the vastness of it - knowing that it continues as far as I can see, and then... just carries on some more!
These paintings are almost a love letter to the sea, thanking it for always being there. An ever changing constant in a troubled world.
